[RESOLVED] Lagunita: Page loading errors and unable to submit answers to problems

As of Monday, August 19, 2019 at approximately 2:30PM Pacific Time, the issues described have been resolved. If you have an incomplete progress bar, you can fix the progess bar.

As of Sunday, August 18, 2019, Lagunita users may be encountering the following issues:

  1. Inability to successfully submit answers to problems. After selecting answer choices and clicking the "Submit" button, the button will either turn gray (for multiple choice, checkbox, etc.), say "Checking...." (for Submit and Compare), or have some other indicator that the answer did not successfully go through.

    Example:

  2. Page loading errors. When loading pages on Lagunita, users may see server errors or other 500 errors when a page fails to load. A couple of examples are shown below.

    Example 1:

There is no need to report either of the two issues as we are aware of both and are currently investigating. Once the issue is resolved, we will update this article.

Fix the progress bar

If you answered any problems during the duration of the issue, you may see an incomplete progress bar for those problems even though the questions on the page shows whether you answered correctly/incorrectly. To get the progress bar to appear with the correct score, you will need to answer any problem within the subsection to get the progress bar to appear correctly.
