You can log in by following the steps below.

  1. Go to
  2. Enter the email address (not your username) you used when registering for an account
  3. Enter your password.
  4. Click the green "Sign in" button.

If you're certain you have a Lagunita account but still can't login, it could mean that you've forgotten your password. If that is the case, see our guide on how to reset your password.

NOTE: After five failed login attempts, you will be locked out of your account for roughly fifteen minutes, and this following error message will be displayed:

This is a security measure intended to prevent unauthorized access to your account. If you are having trouble remembering your password, it is better to click the "Forgot password?" link and reset it than to keep guessing. If you reset your password while locked out, you will still have to wait fifteen minutes for your account to be unlocked.

If fifteen minutes have passed and you are still seeing the lockout message, try clearing your cache and cookies, then closing and reopening your browser.
