If you no longer wish to have an account on Lagunita, we can help. To request that your account be removed, go to our Help Center and click on the Submit a request button in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. You can also submit a a request by going directly to https://stanfordonline.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.
In the description, include your Lagunita username so we can verify your account. Once we've received and processed your request, our team will notify you via email.
If you would rather keep your account and opt out of email communications from your courses, go to your Dashboard and click the gear icon to the right of the course title. A drop-down menu will appear and you will want to select "Email Settings". Deselect the checkbox and save your preferences.
