Understanding the Progress page

STANFORD ONLINE IS RETIRING THE LAGUNITA ONLINE LEARNING PLATFORM.
All open courses end at 12 noon Pacific Time on March 26, 2020. See Lagunita Platform FAQs.

Some former Lagunita courses are now open for enrollment on edX: Stanford Online launches courses on edX.
Additional courses offered on other online learning platforms are available at https://online.stanford.edu/courses.

To see how you are doing in a course, click on the Progress tab that displays in the navigation options on your course site. This page includes a graph that lists all of the graded assignments, quizzes, and exams in a course, as well as the grade you received for each. You can hover your mouse over any of the bars in the graph to see the exact score you received on the assignment. The last bar in the graph, "Total," will show what your current total score is in the course.

The instructor decides what score qualifies as high enough to earn a Statement of Accomplishment. This will appear as a line going across the Progress graph. Sometimes more than one kind of Statement of Accomplishment is offered – for example, a course might offer a Statement of Accomplishment "with distinction" for students who earn especially high grades.
