If you are signed in to your Lagunita account and want to change your password, first, click the arrow by your username on the top right of the page and select Account.
There is a Reset Your Password link on the Account Settings page. Click to reset your password and you will see a message on the page letting you know that a message will be sent to the email address associated with your account. An email with a password reset link will be sent to you. When you receive it, click on the link in the email and you'll be prompted to enter a new password.
If you're logged out, you can reset their password from the login screen at lagunita.stanford.edu/login.
Click on the "Forgot password?" link and enter your email address in the window that pops up. An email with a password reset link will be sent to you. When you receive it, click on the link in the email and you'll be prompted to enter a new password.
If you don't see this email in your inbox, check your spam, junk and trash folders. To ensure messages from lagunita.stanford.edu reach your inbox every time, add firstname.lastname@example.org to your email address book. Also check that your lagunita.stanford.edu account isn't tied to one of your other email addresses (if you don't list the exact email that you used to register for your account in the Reset Password window, then you won't receive an email).
